The Second Annual Tulsa Fringe Festival will be held in July 2026! Now accepting applications for 2026 performers.

Echo Theatre Company and Oklahomans for Equality hosted the first Tulsa Fringe Festival on September 19–20, 2025 at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center. The event featured simultaneous performances in multiple venues, including family shows, spoken word, music, cabaret, Shakespeare, a maker’s market, an AI and the Arts panel (hosted by CREATE Tulsa), and an artist resource fair. Artists used all venues free of charge, with ticketed Lynn Riggs Blackbox Theater shows earning performers 100% of sales. Other venue artists received an honorarium since those performances were free for audiences.
